VIKTEC is the trading name of Ningbo Dicong Machinery Co., Ltd
We at VIKTEC aim to provide the highest possible level of customer service and support. As a VIKTEC customer you can shop with us knowing you are not only protected by all relevant laws and regulations, but will also receive the highest level of support and help should you have any problems with your order. We will always endeavour to be as fair and honest as possible when dealing with customer issues. If you have any issues or queries please do not hesitate to contact us.

All prices shown are EXW Ningbo Prices.

We reserve the right to refuse a sale. If payment has been taken then a refund will be issued immediately and the sale will be cancelled.

No property or title of the goods shall pass from us to the customer until payment(deposit/or full order amount) has been received in full.

The customer is responsible for the goods from the time of delivery and liability to insure the goods then rests with the customer.

Most of shown products are subject to availability, and some are in stock. In the event of an item not being in stock we will contact you within one working day to discuss about the details.
Most products are covered by the manufactures warranty. Please contact us to get more details.

Your delivery from VIKTEC need to be insured by your couriers unless we are doing term CIF. If an item is received in damaged condition please contact our sales person to get a feedback and solution for your requests.

Claims for non-delivery or damaged goods must be notified to us within ASAP from expected date of delivery.

If a consumer exercises his/her right to cancel the consumer will be responsible for return of goods back to VIKTEC, the consumer is responsible for the cost in returning any unwanted items.

Deposits to hold goods are non refundable but can be used for your future orders.

These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

The VIKTEC Warranty Terms and Conditions

Thank you for purchasing a VIKTEC product that is covered by our limited lifetime warranty.

This warranty only covers the physical goods purchased from VIKTEC or one of our authorised dealers.

This limited lifetime warranty covers the original purchaser against any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.

During the warranty period, VIKTEC will repair or replace, at no charge and at our discretion, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship under normal use and maintenance.

Any attempt to repair your cable either by yourself or by a third party will invalidate the warranty.

This is a lifetime warranty, lifetime is defined as the reasonable lifetime of the product which we deem to be 1 year for most of the products we have, for more details, please contact us. Beyond that it is more than likely that any fault has been caused by normal wear and tear or mishandling of the product. Lifetime does not mean the lifetime of the original purchaser.
